We empower our clients in order to become aware of the areas in which they need to grow, take responsibility for their personal development, set individual goals, design and ultimately implement the action plans that will enable them to achieve their goals. In our practice we apply the core competencies proposed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), ensuring that our clients enjoy – among others – an environment of assurance, acceptance and complete confidentiality.

When coaching is recommended
Coaching is the recommended intervention when employees encounter challenges that are related to specific working conditions, for which it is not easy to find someone more specialized than themselves who would be able to support them in overcoming these challenges.
In these particular conditions, coaching has the potential to help, not because it will train, advise or guide (as other interventions do), but instead because – through the art of asking powerful questions and listening deeply – it will generate the answers known only by coachees themselves, and which are the only or most appropriate for the coachees to overcome their particular challenges.
What makes coaching so popular
Coaching, whose roots may be traced to the Socratic Method, allows coachees to refer to existing experiences of their own, tap into available (though possibly underutilized) resources, and to generate ideas and solutions that had not been thought of before that moment.
Coachees report that when this happens and they manage to get to their own answers, they feel lighter of the pressure that the unresolved problem was causing them, more energized and more committed in order to accomplish the goals they have set.
