What is the additional offering of the one-on-one advisory
The specific needs of the client are analyzed in depth and the mix of personalized intervention is co-created with them. That is why in each session we may either take on a training role, give feedback and guidance based on material made available to us by the client (e.g. a 360 feedback), or provide coaching, holding the space for the client to process their thoughts and find their own answers.
For the purpose of best serving our advisory role, in these sessions we draw on any experience we have gained (i) from our tenure in organizations of different size, culture and industry, (ii) from working with hundreds of executives to whom we have provided training, coaching and advisory, as well as (iii) from our scientific background in the field of organizational psychology.
A synthetic intervention
The two core elements of this intervention are the implementation of a synthetic work model and the flexibility this entails for any clients who benefit by it. Through one-on-one advisory, the client:
- is advised on how to delve into the challenges they encounter in their work (for which they may or may not have received relevant feedback)
- gets a fast-speed training on any best practices and recognized models that primarily meet their needs
- is coached in order to prioritize actions and capitalize on any newly acquired education, with the ultimate goal of overcoming their challenges and succeeding in their role.
