Role Descriptions
As organisations adapt to changing market needs, the content of roles assumed by employees also requires relevant adaptations. Our assignment is to describe the existing working roles, craft new ones and modify those requiring revision. In addition, we define the characteristics and skills that role holders need to demonstrate in order to succeed.
Performance Management Systems
In direct relation to the role descriptions, we design and implement a comprehensive and commonly accepted system for evaluating employee performance, and we support organizational leaders in identifying key performance indicators, in setting appropriate quantitative and qualitative goals, and in providing effective feedback to their teams about their performance.
Development Plans
Based on any job roles that have already been described, we advise our clients in order to identify possible next positions per job role, for which we recommend, design and implement an appropriate mix of interventions (training, coaching, mentoring, etc.) to ensure effective preparation and future success of employees in their next role.
Talent Assessment
We support our clients both in the process of final selection of external candidates, and in the process of assessment and final selection of internal candidates for promotions or lateral career moves. We conduct interviews with external or internal candidates and, when necessary, we delve into the assessment of technical skills and personality traits through simulation exercises and through administration of psychometric tools.
Focus Groups
Through structured discussions, we explore employee opinions around sensitive issues that require delicate handling, as well as any root causes that might explain common organizational challenges, such as the unsatisfactory employee survey results, the deterioration of employee engagement rates or the increase of resignation rates among specific demographic groups. We additionally provide advisory support, in order to choose appropriate ways of dealing with the challenges.
